- No it doesn't. It does use the copper to *load* the scroll
- registers, but how that is different (or better) than loading the
- (hold) scroll registers directly with the CPU, I don't know. The end
- result is the same, as the (S)VGA scroll values are copied to the
- pixel address register at VRetrace time just like on the Amiga.
